Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Cleanliness (Maintenance) Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire restaurant, ensuring a pristine environment for both our customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance of restaurant equipment, including filtering and cleaning fryer vats, grills, and hood vents.
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, from the lobby and restrooms to the back of the house.
  • Thoroughly clean floors, ceilings, walls, behind equipment, stockroom, coolers, and freezers.
  • Maintain the exterior cleanliness of the restaurant by picking up litter, washing windows, scrubbing, and pressure washing sidewalks and Drive-Thru lanes.
  • Change trash can liners and take out the trash to the dumpsters regularly.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with all required supplies.
  • Rotate inventory stock and put away all deliveries promptly.
  • Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as requested by the restaurant team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or maintenance, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work during non-operating hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
