Job description

As a Stock Control Associate, your focus is on achieving high levels of customer service and inventory management. You are expected to: 
Execute all tasks in adherence to set processes according to our SOP's. 
Promote a safe and healthy work environment. 
Sustain positive and professional relationships with all Clients through active communication. 
Stock Control Associate Responsibilities 
Manage and maintain inventory of the client's stock management system (ERP) with NewCold's WMS (Corax). 
Address inventory adjustments timely and accurately. 
Investigate OS&D through reviewing documentation, track and trace, and physical counts. 
Report OS&D investigation findings to the customer. 
Perform root cause analysis of errors found during investigation. 
Provide accurate and timely information on inventory and maintain frequent contact on progress, priorities, defects, and bottlenecks. 
Monitor inventory using housekeeping tools in Corax and Power BI to ensure that the quality commitments with NewCold Clients are being met and exceeded. 
Complete necessary administrative work for the inventory management process and ensure that it is accurate. 
Support the Stock Control team and other departments in all efforts to provide a high level of service to all Clients. 
Escalate issues within NewCold management as well as NewCold Clients. 
Execute all tasks in accordance with NewCold SOPs 
Assist the operation as required by the site, including: 
Assist colleagues in carrying out tasks. 
Continually look for opportunities to improve.
