PRIMARY ROLE

Position Summary

 

This role is responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures related to the systematic control of THD locations molding inventory.  This includes overseeing the ISTS/WOS as well as On hand correction, Point of Purchase standards, Safety reviews and supporting multiple THD locations with order inquiries. This position offers payment at a rate of $50 per location.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Main Responsibilities Essential Tasks

 

  • Monitors the inventory ordering and waste removal quantities of products in stores
  • Review inventory details and generate a Purchase Order to meet company directives.
  • Verify all safety guidelines and quality of service are being followed and in place.
  • Order any Point of Purchase signage for installation by responsible representative
  • Report any safety, signage or inventory inquiries to the responsible Regional Coach/Manager
  • Communicate and monitor inventory with THD Store Staff as needed
  • Must be results-focused and able to generate innovative and creative solutions to problems.
  • Must build quick rapport with THD employees, customers, supply partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Review inventory and travel to support minimum JLQ & WOS requirements as needed.
  • Review store/bay appearance & produce worklist to Woodgrain THD store standards
  • Request Point of Purchase on initial visit & track task fulfilment during follow up visit

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 Months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret written communications.  Respond in a professional and timely manner to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendar and Excel
  • Possess Business Acumen
  • Ability to review reports, interpret needs & translate to route plans
  • Ability to plan travel via air & car

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Requirements

Equipment & Machines

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for long periods of time.
  • Travel will require 1-3 overnights weekly and at least 3 weeks per month.
