Description
A well established distribution and supply partner is hiring an Inventory (VMI) Operator to keep customer job sites and stockrooms fully supplied. This is a hands on, route based role for someone who likes being on the move, staying organized, and owning their accounts. If you take pride in keeping things stocked, accurate, and running smooth, this is a solid seat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service a route of assigned customer accounts, restocking bins, shelves, and job site inventory on a set schedule
  • Scan, count, and replenish parts and materials to maintain agreed par levels
  • Place and submit replenishment orders and flag stock issues before they become shortages
  • Organize and label inventory locations so customers can find what they need fast
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with on site customer contacts
  • Track usage and report consumption trends back to the warehouse and account team
  • Load, transport, and unload product safely using company vehicle and equipment

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, delivery, route service, or a related hands on role
  • Comfortable with handheld scanners, basic counting, and simple inventory software
  • Reliable, self directed, and able to manage a route with minimal supervision
  • Customer facing professionalism and clear communication
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift and move product throughout the day
  • Must pass a pre employment background check and drug screen
