Job description

Snelling is hiring for Inventory Specialists in the Mesquite area on 1st and 3rd shift.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control processes. This role ensures product accuracy, proper labeling, and system integrity through routine audits and data management.


Key Responsibilities:
•Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
•Manage reservations and ensure proper allocation of materials
•Verify product information, quantities, and locations within the WMS
•Apply and maintain accurate barcode labeling
•Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
•Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control

Requirements:

•Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
•Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
•Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
