Description

Project Manager with WMS (preferably Manhattan).This is a 1-2 year contract and it's located in Framingham, MA. After a telephone interview, in-person interviews are a must.

Responsibilities:


Oversee definition of project scope and critical dependencies (internal and external) for respective projects within program

Organize and provide direction to project teams to align with corporate and initiative standards

Monitor program level compliance to Initiative Governance, and related corporate processes & framework

Provide Governance adherence updates for program

Manage program level scope to include change in scope requests; ensure estimation and impact analysis across initiative

Manage program level issues and risk mitigation; escalate as needed

Manage cross program risk and issue communications to ensure dependencies are aligned

Coordinate comm regarding program status, dependencies & design decisions; internally & externally

Responsible for addressing program level resource shortfalls

Monitor and facilitate Change Control Process across the initiative and programs

Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Solution Engineering to identify and confirm integration re-use opportunities.

Partner with all IT teams to generate integration awareness and expand the use/reuse of enterprise integration capabilities.

Develop and execute integration communications plans. Communication skills, documentation skills, and ability to work effectively at multiple levels of the company are critical.

With the Integration Lead, direct the development of enterprise integration strategies. Align with the Integration Lead to understand underlying technology strategies required to enable the enterprise integration portfolio and ultimately the business strategy.

Maintain a SOA Maturity/Scorecard, in addition to performance and reuse metrics. Produce balanced scorecard to monitor current foundation efforts along with strategic KPIs.

Facilitate development of annual program roadmaps to ensure strategic business and IT objectives are satisfied through the delivery of enterprise integration capabilities. Oversee roadmap financial planning against current and future state.

Ensure interdependencies are identified and agreed upon between integration projects.

Confidential - 3rd party deals with all order mgt now, we would like to transition from 3rd party to in-house temps or contractors
