The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional programs that support the delivery of advanced materials solutions to key customers. This role serves as the central point of coordination between commercial, technical, and operational teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, on-time execution, and accurate forecasting. The ideal candidate combines strong customer-facing skills with internal leadership.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Program Execution: Drive on-time and on-budget program execution.Lead cross-functional program teams, including T&I, engineering, operations, quality, and procurement. Establish program plans, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and drive accountability. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution. Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Customer Engagement:Participate as an extension of the commercial team on strategic growth programs. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and deliverables.Lead regular customer reviews, including program status updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Change Management:Lead customer qualifications of new and modified products (raw material changes, process improvements, new product development).Support business development activities by providing program insights and execution feasibility. Translate customer needs into clear internal requirements across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

  • Forecasting & Demand Planning:Partner with supply chain and production planning to align capacity with projected demand. Identify risks and opportunities related to demand variability and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy and inventory levels

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related field required

  • 5-10 years of experience in program management, operations, or customer-facing roles within advanced materials, manufacturing, or a related industry

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs

  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
