  • Develop and enforce data governance practices spanning financial, operational, inventory, and customer data to support accurate processing across all integrated systems.
  • Design data quality frameworks and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement changes without disrupting business operations.
  • Evaluate AI tools on a continuous basis and recommend platform decisions and standards to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain AI governance policies including data classification, approved tools, usage standard operating procedures, and verification standards for responsible AI use.
  • Train and enable end users across departments to effectively use AI tools in their daily workflows.
  • Provide functional support for enterprise system users across finance, warehousing, inventory management, sales, customer service, and supply chain.
  • Investigate and resolve complex multi-system issues, diagnosing root causes and architecting sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee environment administration, system updates, patches, releases, deployments, and data migrations while maintaining system integrity and minimizing business disruption.
  • Collaborate with finance, warehouse operations, supply chain, customer service, and IT teams to understand business processes and requirements.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
