Summary of Job Duties:
The Program Administrator provides programmatic, administrative, and operational support to faculty and departmental leadership. This position coordinates programs and projects, manages faculty schedules, supports research and educational activities, monitors budgets, coordinates travel and purchasing, maintains departmental inventory, and prepares professional correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, communications, business (or related field) PLUS four (4) years programmatic & executive level support, correspondence & writing correspondence in a professional capacity OR HS diploma/GED PLUS eight (8) years professional and executive administrative & programmatic support including professional correspondence and writing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be proficient with MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point with Intermediate Level Proficiency.
  • Must have at least 5 years' experience preparing executive level correspondence including letters, resumes, CV's, letters of reference, various support letters and other general and professional correspondence and documents.

  • Bachelor's Degree in administration, communications, business or related.
