Job Description:

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our on-site team to manage daily inventory, processing, and logistics operations. Responsibilities include processing inventory transactions, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inventory discrepancies. Hands-on training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to develop a career in supply chain management. (Note: This position may be classified as an Inventory Associate for candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience, or as an Inventory Coordinator for candidates with more substantial experience.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage core inventory workflows, including item setup, receipt processing, stock transfers, and processing-center transactions.

  • Monitor vessel and barge arrivals, record inventory receipts across multiple sites, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

  • Review damaged or nonconforming materials and document quality-control findings to support the claims process.

  • Review processing results, follow up with processing centers, and post related inventory transactions and invoices.

  • Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and provide comprehensive reports to the Supply Chain and Accounting departments.

  • Review third-party warehouse storage invoices and dispute inaccuracies or overcharges as needed.

  • Compile inventory and shipment reports to support annual inventory tax filings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant coursework, internships, or up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or related operations.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI or workflow-automation tools.
