Job description

Inventory Associate (Daily Monday to Friday Shift. 6 to 8hrs)

Location: Multiple customer sites across the Bay Area (primary dispatch from Fairfield/Vacaville/Suisun)

Status: W-2, non-exempt (full-time or part-time)

Schedule: Swing shift between 6:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. (typical 6–8-hour shifts), Monday to Friday.

Additional shifts (weekends/special projects) & travel opportunities available.

What You’ll Do

  • Count inventory accurately and efficiently using scanners in grocery environments.
  • Manual counting of loose products in large quantities or something to that effect.
  • Work on your feet—frequent bending, kneeling, ladder use; accuracy and speed are key (we’ll train you on our methods).
  • Travel to different store/warehouse locations daily across the Bay Area; optional travel-team opportunities (with per diem) may include overnights.

Training & Growth

  • Paid, on-the-job training—no experience needed.
  • Optional paths to Supervisor and Management roles; we promote from within

Work authorization: Upon hire you’ll complete Form I-9. You may present any acceptable I-9 documents of your choice (e.g., one List A document such as a U.S. passport, or a List B + List C combination). We’ll provide the official Lists of Acceptable Documents.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $16.90–$20.00 per hour, depending on location, shift, and experience.
  • Bonus: Up to $2,000 or more for eligible specialized shift assignments (details provided in writing upon hire).
  • Overtime: Paid per CA law (1.5× after 8 hours/day or 40/week; 2× after 12 hours/day).
  • Paid sick leave: At least 40 hours (5 days) per year, accrued/used per California law.
  • 401(k) and flexible scheduling for eligible employees.
  • Travel & expenses: Paid mileage time between required dispatch points and job sites; expense/mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle to transport crew members for company business

Breaks & Meal Periods

We provide paid 10-minute rest breaks about every 4 hours and unpaid 30-minute meal periods on shifts over 5 hours, with additional meal periods as required.
