The Operations Manager provides strategic leadership across key departments, including Safety, Warehouse, Fleet Management, and Field Operations Support. This role requires effectively managing operations while communicating performance trends, forecasting future outcomes, and addressing operational challenges with senior management. Strong communication skills are essential for setting team guidelines and resolving issues.


• Provide procurement support, including standardizing parts, vendors, and pricing across locations for streamlined operations.
• Ensure effective planning of chemical delivery routes to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain fleet standards across territories.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures for van setups, including tools, bins, and equipment.
• Collaborate with service and install managers to ensure proper parts availability.
• Develop inspection procedures and replacement policies for continuous improvement.
• Audit tool inventory as part of fleet maintenance initiatives.
• Establish and implement uniform guidelines for chemical drivers, service teams, and install technicians, including replacement instructions.
• Provide training for employees, including drivers and chemical service teams, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage CDL, HAZMAT, and DOT training, certification, and compliance.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize equipment use and address safety needs.
• Oversee onboarding of distribution companies and standardize vehicle platforms across the network.
• Direct vehicle rebranding and initial outfitting, including essential tools and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and deliveries with General Managers (GMs).
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all managed programs.
• Build and sustain relationships with key partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service.
• Provide exception reports to GMs to control costs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs, company values, and financial targets.
• Provide feedback and corrective action plans to local leadership, ensuring compliance is achieved.
• Serve as the lead contact for all assigned programs, streamlining processes to minimize local management involvement.

• Car Wash Experience 3+ years of experience preferred.
• SAP systems experience preferred.
• Ability to learn/teach others about Sonny’s Field Service Platform.
• High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
