  • Monitor key KPIs including sales, labour, beverage/food cost, waste, inventory, productivity, and controllable expenses.
  • Review store P&Ls and develop action plans to improve profitability.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, certification, and performance management.
  • Lead and support new HEYTEA store openings, including recruitment, training, opening readiness, stress tests, Friends & Family events, and grand openings.
  • Ensure new locations are operationally ready before opening.
  • Coordinate closely with HEYTEA HQ and brand representatives regarding operational requirements, standards, training, products, and initiatives.
  • Identify operational issues and ensure corrective action plans are implemented and completed.
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Projects, and other departments.
  • Support implementation and proper usage of POS, inventory, scheduling, delivery, and operational systems.
  • Provide regular performance updates, action plans, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing Store Managers or General Managers.
  • Experience in bubble tea, tea, coffee, QSR, or high-volume beverage operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of store P&Ls, labour management, food/beverage cost, inventory, waste, and operational controls.
  • New store opening experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations, openings, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding brand environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong asset, particularly for communication and coordination with HEYTEA HQ and brand representatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $68,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10%.
  • Benefits: Car Allowance, Gas Allowance, Bonus Scheme, Family Health Insurance, Paid Time-Off, and Paid Sick Leave.
  • Opportunities for career growth as HEYTEA continues its expansion across Canada and new markets.
