About the Role

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory operations and supporting the inventory needs across multiple facilities. Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering positive working relationships across all locations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach when working with teams at each facility. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues through both hands-on, on-site support, and digital systems.

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate. Regular travel between facilities is required.

Key Responsibilities

· Uphold and execute procedures to effectively manage and maintain inventory.

· Oversee inventory receiving to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Troubleshoot inventory issues to prevent the loss of company assets.

· Train and coach Inventory Specialists.

· Coordinate coverage for time-off requests with the Inventory Manager.

· Travel between assigned locations.

Required Qualifications

· Prior experience in inventory management, auditing, or supply chain operations.

· Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

· Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.

· Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems efficiently.

· Basic math and computer proficiency.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to lift and move inventory as needed.

· Reliable personal transportation.

· Open availability and schedule flexibility are required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel between assigned locations as business needs dictate.

Bonus If You Have

· Previous medical marijuana inventory experience.

· Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.

· Knowledge of state-specific cannabis regulations.

· Previous management experience.

The salary for this position offers $52,500 yearly.
