Title- Inventory Management

Location- 3100 Bowers Ave, Santa Clara, CA, 95054

What we are looking for

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service experience is required
  • Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital literacy including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Solid understanding and experience in either shipping, inventory, or purchasing.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: displays a professional can-do attitude
  • Must be able to lift 50Lbs
  • Facilitate orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment and enter orders into computer systems, Web, etc.
  • Receive inbound shipments from UPS, FedEx, and other common carriers
  • Resolve all shipping errors.
  • Manage customers warehouse inventory, including delivery product replenishment
  • Support multiple customers in a geographic area will require driving between facilities to perform Inventory task
  • Perform additional inventory management-related functions such as monitoring slow-moving and dead stock, conducting cycle counting and yearly inventories, and reporting, etc.
  • Perform shipping coordination activities such as answering customer calls, and handling routine issues.
