  • Develop strong market knowledge to provide strategic inventory recommendations and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Troubleshoot operational and inventory-related issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Help identify workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, or opportunities for operational improvements within existing systems and processes
  • Cross-train across markets and products to support broader team coverage and operational resilienc

You're a great fit for this role because:
  • You are highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • You are an analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and working through operational complexities
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and personalities
  • You are adaptable and comfortable navigating evolving processes, systems, and business priorities
  • You are curious about process improvement, operational efficiency, and leveraging technology to help teams scale more effectively
  • You have 1-3+ years of relevant experience in advertising, media, operations, logistics, inventory management, project coordination, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, or inventory/order management systems is preferred
  • Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, reporting tools, AI-assisted workflows, or operational systems improvements is a plus, but not required

Total Cash compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
