Job description

The Retail Store Management Team Member plays a crucial role in supporting day-to-day store operations within a small in-store team. Reporting directly to Management Head and Store Owner, this position requires working independently under managerial oversight to ensure excellent customer service, smooth sales processes, and effective inventory management. The role offers opportunities for career growth within the company and involves no travel requirements. Tiered monthly sales bonus.

This position plays a key leadership role in our daily operations. This position supports the management and ownership by supervising employees, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is fully stocked, and well merchandised to create a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, assisting with inventory management, receiving, entering and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory, creating attractive product displays and functioning as a productive team member. This position also operates opening and closing procedures, training and coaching team members, while maintaining a welcoming, organized and clean shopping and working environment.

The ideal candidate has previous retail leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example while creating an outstanding customer experience.
