Job Description

Sell, stock, and inventory merchandise, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers & volunteers. 


Job Duties:

  • Learn about the current and incoming merchandise, designers, styles, etc.
  • Greet customers, explain the Hasana, Inc and Apaprecio Foundation mission.
  • Assist with window design and display.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; doing inventory; informing violators of policy and procedures.
  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, inventory, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Qualifications
  • A passion for women's economic opportunities
  • Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree
  • Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months or a college graduate with 1+ years experience
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
  • Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player
  • Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
