  • Log RMA numbers, tracking info, item details you know, all the fun detective work
  • Inspect products to decide if theyre re-sellable, repairable, or headed for retirement
  • Snap clear, detailed photos for claims & documentation
  • Assign skid numbers and bin locations like a warehouse wizard
