About the Role:
Adam Richmond Safety Services is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our growing team across multiple Colorado locations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance in everything we do. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments across multiple Colorado job sites
  • Identify quality and safety deficiencies and drive corrective action plans to resolution
  • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  • Maintain accurate QC documentation, reports, and records for all projects
  • Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report quality metrics to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager or similar QC/QA leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and root cause analysis
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Relevant certifications in quality control or safety (e.g., CQM, OSHA 30) preferred
  • Solar or Journeyman Experience
