Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Required at Contract Start | U.S. Citizenship Required

Position Overview

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Inventory Control and Procurement Specialist to provide critical supply chain and inventory management support for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Cyber Directorate (Code 20). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing equipment shipments and receipts, and supporting procurement operations within a high-security federal environment.

You will serve as a key member of the NCIS Cyber Directorate team, ensuring all accountable property is tracked, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy policies. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate within a classified environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all Code 20 Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) accountable property.
  • Track and manage all accountable Code 20 equipment not tracked in DPAS using ServiceNow or other NCIS-designated systems.
  • Receive, label, package, ship, and track Code 20-purchased equipment.
  • Complete DD1149 and DD1150 forms as required by NCIS policy.
  • Perform inventory, screening, collection, and disposal of all outdated, broken, or no-longer-required equipment using the Navy's DRMO/DLA equipment disposal process.
  • Conduct on-site, physical, annual inventory of all Code 20 accountable property when required.
  • Submit a Monthly Discrepancy Report (DEL001) listing all Code 20 inventory without a signed DD1150.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail; package, label, and ship all outgoing mail.
  • Order and receive office supplies required by Code 20 from the Supply Issue Point (SIP).
  • Execute cross-division collaboration to ensure best practices and standards are maintained.
  • Follow all NCIS Cyber organizational policies and procedures.
Required QualificationsExperience & Education
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or other inventory tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated experience receiving and shipping hardware.
  • Experience disposing of equipment according to DRMO/DLA guidelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Security & Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance adjudication required at contract start.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be eligible for access to federally controlled facilities and DoD IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting a federal law enforcement or intelligence agency.
  • Familiarity with NCIS organizational structure and policies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Navy supply chain and property accountability procedures.
Work Environment
  • Primary Place of Performance: NCIS Headquarters, Russell Knox Building, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134.
  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), excluding Federal Holidays.
  • Overtime is not authorized.
  • Contractor personnel must comply with all government security, training, and IT access requirements, including completing annual Information Assurance (IA) training and maintaining a current background investigation.
