Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all required paperwork and process for accurate reporting of issues and corrections in inventory
  • Perform inventory adjustments in database and ERP system as needed
  • Maintain inventory reports according to the Company’s standard documentation and archiving procedures
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding products and inventories
  • Analyze and troubleshoot inventory control problems as requested
  • Prepare and submit weekly inventory control reports to Warehouse Supervisor
  • Perform administrative tasks including answering phone, taking messages, operating printers, and monitoring emails as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year working experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Requires computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Infor is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. 
  • Demonstrated Team building experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills
  • Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred 
  • Strong communications skills
  • Must be flexible with work scheduling as well as overtime
  • Must be able to lift to 40 lbs
