YOUR ROLE AS AN INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR:

You'll work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, helping ensure materials, tools, and inventory are exactly where they need to be to keep operations moving efficiently.

As the Inventory Control Coordinator, you will support production by maintaining accurate inventory levels. Your tasks include receiving materials, verifying purchase orders, issuing materials to the shop floor, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also create requisitions for replenishment, perform cycle counts, and maintain organized storage locations. Effective communication with the Purchasing, Production, Maintenance, and Management teams is essential to address any shortages or discrepancies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure efficient production operations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in programs such as Excel and Word
  • Strong attendance and dependability
  • Great attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work a 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday schedule
  • Ability to support additional coverage, overtime, or Saturday hours when needed
  • Ability to stay organized and work independently
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials
  • Experience with Hi-Lo/forklift is preferred
  • Shipping, receiving, crib, or inventory experience preferred
  • Fourth shift experience is a plus
