Inventory Clerk – Night Shift

Position Summary

Beasley Forest Products is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support night shift operations. This role is essential to production and focuses on accurate inventory control, organized warehouse operations, and timely distribution of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for lumber, maintenance parts, supplies, and other warehouse materials
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Record inventory transactions in inventory management systems and maintain accurate documentation
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Distribute materials and supplies to maintenance and production staff as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and report reorder needs to supervisors
  • Assist with shipping, labeling, and warehouse documentation
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements
  • Support night shift production and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications
