HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK IN HOUSTON, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in  Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, monitoring material flow, and supporting production, shipping, and receiving operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $23-$27/hr based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm 
  • Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, production reports, and material locations
  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory data entry to ensure accuracy
  • Review MRP information and schedule manufacturing work orders and purchase requisitions
  • Monitor material flow for shipping, receiving, storage, and production
  • Identify inventory issues, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement
  • Verify inventory information, part numbers, substitutions, requisitions, and shipping orders for accuracy
  • Inspect inventory for damage and report issues to supervisors
  • Monitor inventory levels, storage locations, and space utilization
  • Provide management with inventory trends, root cause findings, and other reports
  • Follow all inventory procedures, quality standards, and company requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or 9–12 months of related experience or training
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and inventory tracking skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with MRP systems and computerized inventory records
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working around moving machinery, moderate noise, and varying environmental
