Expectations: $60K-$70K yearly salary range

  • Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety policies and procedures. Ensuring that associates and self are working safely at all times.
  • Provide leadership to supervisors and hourly associates.
  • Consistently maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish within a team environment.
  • Execute and analyze cycle-counting processes in high-volume warehouse and retail showroom environments.
  • Responsible for showrooms and customer service centers inventory management within the region.
  • Hire, mentor, direct and train inventory control coordinator and backroom associates.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organization.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships and communications processes in both warehouse and retail showroom environments.
  • Analyze reports, variances and credits.
  • Ability to build and cultivate a self-directed team.
  • Ensure proper facility maintenance in showrooms.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of inventory control management experience in a retail environment.
  • Analytical, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills required.
  • Customer service skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Inventory software; proficiency in PC-based applications and attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
  • Available to work a flexible retail operations schedule including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
  • Unload shuttle inventory trucks.
  • In the process of moving furniture, accessories, boxes and packages from one location to another, the inventory control manager must lift, bend, stoop, reach, twist, push and pull.
