Position Summary...As a Senior Data Analyst on the Enterprise Consumer Fraud & Risk team, you will help identify, measure, and explain identity fraud risk across Walmart’s digital customer journey. This role focuses on turning complex fraud trends, and customer data into clear insights that supports stronger identity controls, handling escalations, and faster root cause analysis for emerging fraud attacks and risk vectors. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and innovation, enabling Walmart to optimize performance and deliver measurable business value through data-driven strategies
About the team:
The Enterprise Consumer Fraud & Risk team safeguards Walmart customers, members, and the business by detecting and mitigating fraud throughout the customer lifecycle. This team focuses on Identity Fraud & Risk, driving strategy, leveraging data, analytics, and investigative methods to identify emerging threats and evaluate control effectiveness. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Risk Operations, the team analyzes fraud trends, assesses impacts, and develops balanced recommendations that align with account security, customer experience, and business goals.   • Analyze complex business situations to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and deliver, insightful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Analytics.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause investigations to uncover trends and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven projects and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain dashboards and accessibility across business domains.
