Job description

The position ofย Production Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations by optimizing material flow, reducing delays, and maintaining efficient inventory levels. This position requires strong coordination between production, procurement, and logistics teams to achieve timely, cost-effective, and accurate manufacturing outcomes.

Other Duties/ Expectations:

  • Develop and maintain efficient routing strategies to optimize material flow through the production process.
  • Collaborate with production teams to plan and schedule workflows, minimizing bottlenecks and maximizing efficiency.
  • Monitor and update routing information in the ERP system, Syteline, to ensure accuracy in production schedules and material movement.
  • Ensure that all routers and drawings are up to date with the latest revisions before release for production to prevent errors and maintain consistency.
  • Identify inefficiencies or delays in production and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely material availability.

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience

  • Mobility in plant
  • Ability to lift at least 45 pounds
