Inventory Control Coordinator information

What is an inventory control coordinator?

An Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing a company's inventory levels. They ensure that stock is accurately tracked, recorded, and maintained to meet business demands while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Duties often include conducting regular inventory audits, updating records, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments like purchasing and warehouse operations. This role helps optimize inventory flow, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
