Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, assist, and review assigned physical inventories with consignment inventory control coordinator and sales force to ensure accurate field inventory levels.
  • Collect, review, and file all pertinent documentation needed to complete the physical inventory process.
  • Perform various transactions to adjust inventory levels, bill out sales orders, and facilitate replacement units.
  • Interface directly with consignment inventory control coordinator and sales force to maintain accurate field inventory position.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to assist in meeting division's field inventory goals, including Customer Service with SAP orders and Contracts.
  • Generates and distributes order status reports to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist the sales team with troubleshooting field inventory technology.
  • Data entry for field inventory returns and physicals.
  • Has been cross trained on other accounts/territories to assist with workloads, and to provide coverage during vacations/absences.
  • Complete other projects/responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirement:
  • High School Diploma or GED
