Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is highly physical and primarily involves operating a cherry picker/order picker at heights up to 30 feet while pulling large HVAC and building materials for customer orders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working at heights, and can maintain accuracy and productivity in a demanding warehouse setting.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker at heights up to 30 feet
  • Pick and stage large materials including:
    • Trunk duct
    • HVAC equipment
    • Water heaters
    • Other industrial and building supply products
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
  • Maintain inventory organization and product accuracy
  • Ensure outbound shipments are prepared correctly and efficiently
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
