We're not just in the tanning business; we're in the confidence business. At Beaches Tanning + Spa, we help our clients feel amazing in their skin. We have 12 locations with more planned to open this year. We've built a brand based on positivity, style, and a bit of sparkle. We are now looking for Sales Associates to serve as people-loving, growth-hungry team members who are ready to take their career to the next level.

As a Sales Associate, you will learn many skills. You'll sell a variety of products, provide top-notch customer service, meet sales goals, and take pride in the cleanliness of the salon. You'll success because of your positive attitude and our in-depth training program that will teach you how to sell, use our software, and educate guests.

Support store management to reach sales goals and maintain store appearance standards.

Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide product and services consultations.

Highlight salon offerings to new guests by conducting salon tours and offering memberships and packages.

Help customer make selections by building customer rapport, product education, and offering suggestions.

Possess superior product and equipment knowledge.

Reach or exceed monthly personal goals.

Process purchases, documents, and update customer records to comply with health department requirements.

Comply with inventory control procedures.

Maintain overall cleanliness of store through daily chores and weekly deep cleans.

Attend monthly store meetings (held on Sunday's).

Report on maintenance issues.

Professional appearance and behavior.

Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for sales and/or tanning.

Attention to detail.

Physical demands: Constant moving, standing, talking, hearing, reaching, and bending over for up to 8 hours per shift.

Basic computer skills.

18 years or older.

High School Diploma preferred.

Available to work flexible shifts.

3 or more months of related retail experience preferred.

2 Days of Corporate New Hire training in American Fork.

4 Days of In-Store New Hire Training.

1 day of Corporate Study Hall after 30 days of employment.
