Description

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Warehouse Manager in Beaufort, South Carolina. This position is located at the Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity (CSRIA) Warehouse and is a fully on-site role at MCAS Beaufort, SC.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain reliable and sustainable inventory management processes.
  • Provide analytical data and reporting to support inventory management activities and decision-making.
  • Determine and manage Calibration Standards (CALSTD) Packaging, Shipping, Handling, and Transportation (PHS&T) requirements.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory operations and ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
  • Monitor inventory processes and identify trends impacting efficiency, performance, and compliance.
  • Recommend relocation and optimization of CALSTDs within the CSRIA warehouse to reduce processing times and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Conduct root cause analyses for process deviations and recommend continuous process improvements.
  • Perform inventory audits utilizing the Calibration Standards Asset Management System (CSAMS) and report findings to management.
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of Program Office initiatives.
  • Review warehouse process performance and identify deficiencies in inventory management documentation and procedures.
  • Implement approved changes to inventory management policies and processes.
  • Provide recommendations supporting NAVAIR METCAL mission and inventory management objectives.
  • Assess warehouse processes and policies, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Research and resolve METCAL logistics and inventory issues identified through CSAMS reporting.
  • Generate reports and provide inventory status updates as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, supervision, safety management, process development, reporting, data analysis, and equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR logistics requirements and Department of Defense (DoD)/U.S. Navy inventory management processes.
  • Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies and inventory control practices.
  • Experience developing, documenting, monitoring, and managing PHS&T and inventory management activities.
  • Knowledge of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) reutilization and disposition processes.
  • Ability to develop and manage METCAL Program inventory management requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint - Office 365/2016).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to pass an employment background check and a U.S. government-trusted background clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military Aviation Supply experience.
  • Experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
  • Experience with the Calibration Standards Asset Management System (CSAMS).
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR Metrology Calibration (METCAL) operations.
  • Experience supporting Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale warehouse or logistics operations.
