The Role: Inventory Control Assistant

The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting all inventory processes, including researching discrepancies and validating expiration dates.

What You'll Do

Perform scheduled cycle counts
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
Investigate and reconcile reported discrepancies from multiple departments
Identify and resolve issues with shorted products
Check and document product expiration dates
Perform physical and systemic scrap due to expiration, quality, or damage
Use Warehouse Management Systems and mobile equipment as needed
Work in cold environments (average temperature of 38F)
Work in a fast-paced production environment
Lift 35-50 lbs continuously
Wear required non-slip, oil-resistant footwear
Work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays
Work overnight or early morning shifts
