About the Role: As an Inventory Consolidator, you will be responsible for consolidating and organizing warehouse inventory and preparing shipments for outbound processing. This role requires the safe operation of warehouse equipment including the sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack, RF scanners, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our โ€œMove to the Workโ€ culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM
Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements, verify product locations, and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the consolidation process
  • Consolidate inventory to support efficient warehouse operations
  • Move and organize pallets throughout the warehouse using sit-down forklift and EPJ
  • Stretch wrap and prepare pallets for storage
  • Assist with damage recovery and disposition of damaged products
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Organize warehouse inventory and maintain orderly storage locations
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational concerns
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Support additional warehouse functions as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience required; intermediate-level warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift required; electric pallet jack preferred
  • Ability to perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Experience with inventory organization, pallet movement, and order consolidation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, inventory documents, and safety procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching, and overhead lifting.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items.
  • Climbing off on forklifts
