Job description

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and procurement/inventory operations. This role ensures materials and products are properly tracked, stored, and distributed while helping prevent shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily updates and routine cycle counts
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products
  • Track and document inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute inventory reports for supervisors and management
