Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Additional $2.00 shift differential from 3 p.m. -- 6 a.m.
Shift: 2nd - D Crew (every other Wednesday through Saturday)
Hours: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

What You Will Do:
  • Receive and process internal orders for materials via phone, email, or inter-office communication, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Support inventory accuracy by reconciling SAP system data with physical inventory, identifying, and reporting discrepancies to warehouse personnel.
  • Package and ship materials, promotional items, and departmental packages, maintaining accurate records of shipments for tracking and accountability.
  • Generate barcode tags and ensure real-time material traceability through SAP, assisting with paperwork audits and resolving order-related discrepancies.
  • Perform inventory audits of packaging and storage locations and assist in maintaining stock levels of forms and point-of-purchase (P.O.P.) materials.
What You Will Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year(s) of related experience.
  • Comfortable with recommending areas for improvement or efficiency and always being an advocate for safety.
  • Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment and must know mailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, 2nd day air, etc. and regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.
