Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to support production efficiency and maximize product availability. This role is responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, preparing inventory reports, and ensuring inventory data accuracy between physical stock and system records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly physical counts of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system data.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual inventory audits.
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate stock levels to production and purchasing teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certificate in inventory control, accounting, or related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine warehouse duties.
  • Regularly required to walk, stand, climb, lift, and carry materials.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
