Summary:

The Inventory Control Coordinator supports warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping of temperature-sensitive medical products. This role requires working in a regulated environment with strict adherence to safety, quality, and cold-chain handling procedures. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in cold storage conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive raw materials and inbound shipments.
  • Verify quantities, lot numbers, and documentation accuracy.
  • Perform system transactions for receipts and storage.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies.
  • Pick and stage orders using FIFO/FEFO methods.
  • Pack domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare cold-chain shipments using dry ice, gel packs, and insulated packaging.
  • Generate shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pickups.
  • Assist with cycle counts and location audits.
  • Support inventory reconciliation and system updates.
  • Remove expired or damaged materials.
  • Maintain lot control and traceability standards.
  • Work in cold rooms (2–8°C) and freezers (-20°C).
  • Handle temperature-sensitive and regulated materials.
  • Follow procedures for hazardous materials and cold-chain compliance.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and RF scanners.
  • Utilize warehouse tools and cold-room handling equipment.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in warehouse or material handling roles.
  • Ability to work in cold storage environments.
