Inventory Support Associate
Radwell International LLC | Inventory Operations
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday – 5:00am to 4:00pm 
1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

The Inventory Support Associate is responsible for maintaining daily warehouse inventory operations and ensuring accurate stock placement, organization, and tracking across both production and inventory environments. This role supports overall warehouse efficiency by managing inventory flow, performing cycle counts, and assisting with stock accuracy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Put away incoming inventory into appropriate AutoStore locations or bin and pallet storage areas
• Place and organize bins and gaylords throughout the warehouse
• Consolidate bins and pallets efficiently to optimize storage space
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Restock inventory from production areas as needed
• Ensure empty bins are recycled and reset for reuse
• Complete stock check requests accurately and within required timeframes
• Provide general warehouse support as directed by management
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Qualifications
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Some technical competency

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Forklift certification as required
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Physical Demands
• Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking, including on open and raised catwalks

Compensation & Commission
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90‑day period.
