• Job Title: Order & Inventory Analyst

• What will you do:
• Process customer orders received via EDI, email, or internal requests, and create sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Coordinate shipments (air, courier, FedEx/UPS/DHL), arrange pickups, and communicate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and suppliers
• Send ASN to customers and manage end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery schedules
• Maintain and update inventory systems (Phreebooks/ERP/WMS), including inbound/outbound data and inventory matrices
• Monitor inventory levels based on forecasts, reconcile system discrepancies, and perform inventory valuation and order balance checks
• Support EDI/ERP system maintenance, improvements, and new warehouse system integrations
• Prepare order planning matrices and delivery plans using forecasts, historical data, and market information
• Handle returns, special shipments, and inventory management for prototype and service parts
• Create SOPs, barcode labels, and ensure compliance with shipping and logistics standards
• Conduct cost analysis and drive continuous improvement in logistics and inventory processes
• Support ISO9001, IATF16949, and CTPAT compliance activities
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned tasks related to order and inventory control
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business/economics or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and resolve issues
• Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, and Incoterms
• Experience with ERP/EDI systems and data management tools (e.g., Phreebooks)
