About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous, proactive Associate, Inventory to lead key inbound merchandising operations. In this role, you will be the first line of touch for newly acquired luxury inventory-receiving shipments, facilitating 3rd-party authentication, generating web-ready listings, and managing RFID tracking.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operational professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong appreciation for high-end fashion, and excels at maintaining seamless, organized workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound & Receiving: Unpack, inspect, and log high-value luxury merchandise in a timely, organized manner.
  • Authentication & Quality Control: Perform initial visual inspections and independently operate 3rd-party digital authentication hardware/software to verify every item, ensuring 100% catalog integrity before listing.
  • Cataloging & Data Entry: Create detailed SKU listings and write accurate, enticing luxury product descriptions and condition notes for website upload.
  • Asset Tracking & Security: Tag inventory using RFID and internal tracking systems to guarantee real-time stock visibility and security.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to surface damage reports, inventory discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks promptly.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Participate in routine cycle counts, stock audits, and physical reconciliation.
  • Workspace Management: Maintain a secure, immaculate, and highly organized inventory processing area.
  • Events & Special Projects: Support operational execution and on-site inventory logistics for high-level initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, including pop-up shops, retail locations, seasonal activations, and selling events as needed.

Qualifications & Key Skills
