Job description

**Job Summary:**
As an Inventory Control Specialist in the warehouse, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining, tracking, and reporting physical inventory. Acting as a liaison between internal and external customers, you will ensure the accuracy of physical inventory and fiscal accounting.

Pay: $21.50/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts

Shift: 7:00 PM 5:30 AM or until work is completed
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) data to ensure efficient and proper inventory control.
- Identify and address quality control issues to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in all inventory functions and programs.
- Check and exchange pallets as needed, reporting any damage or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and repair of the dock and facility areas.
- Wrap and stack pallets for safe storage and transport.
- Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) after training.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, housekeeping, and other relevant standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
- Familiarity with operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is advantageous.
