This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials including spare parts, consumables, tools, and safety supplies
  • Kit parts to work orders. To include physically pulling, packaging, labeling and electronically transacting parts from inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/CMMS systems (e.g.,Fiix, or equivalent)
  • Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Monitor min/max inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts
  • Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement to source MRO items
  • Organize and maintain storeroom cleanliness, labeling, and layout following 5S standards
  • Track and manage shelf-life controlled items, hazardous materials, and calibrated tools in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Support maintenance teams by fulfilling parts requests efficiently
  • Identify and disposition obsolete, excess, or surplus inventory
  • Assist in developing and refining inventory management procedures and best practices
  • Generate inventory reports and KPI summaries for management review

Qualifications
  • Passion for our mission: Millions of people living and working in space!
  • 5+ years of experience years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or MRO/storeroom operations
  • Associates Degree or High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with Inventory software (Fiix preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and operating material handling equipment
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $21.03 - $29.44
