Job description

Numbers tell a story. Help us write the next chapter.

At Atlas Restaurant Group, we're passionate about creating unforgettable hospitality experiences and every great guest experience starts long before a plate reaches the table.

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Inventory Analyst who loves digging into data, solving puzzles, and finding opportunities to make our restaurants even stronger. If spreadsheets excite you as much as operational excellence, and you enjoy partnering with chefs, operators, procurement, and finance to drive smarter decisions, this could be the perfect opportunity.

This isn't just an inventory role. It's an opportunity to influence the performance of more than 56 restaurants across multiple concepts while helping our teams operate more efficiently and profitably.

If you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Inventory Analyst, you'll turn data into action by helping our restaurant teams improve inventory accuracy, reduce waste, strengthen profitability, and make informed business decisions.

You'll:

  • Analyze monthly inventory performance across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Review Actual vs. Theoretical (AVT) reporting and partner with operations leaders to identify opportunities
  • Investigate inventory variances and recommend practical solutions
  • Conduct inventory audits, spot checks, and operational reviews
  • Support physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Partner with Procurement to evaluate purchasing trends, vendor performance, and product utilization
  • Review recipe costing and menu performance to uncover opportunities for improved margins
  • Monitor inventory movement, transfers, waste, and food cost trends
  • Build meaningful reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and operational analytics
  • Support month-end inventory and financial reporting
  • Ensure inventory data is accurate across Restaurant365, Toast, XtraChef, and related systems
  • Collaborate with our Inventory Database Administrator to identify data inconsistencies and improve reporting accuracy
  • Assist with restaurant openings, menu launches, and new inventory initiatives
  • Train restaurant leaders on inventory best practices and counting procedures
  • Help develop Standard Operating Procedures that create consistency across all Atlas locations
  • Continuously identify ways to improve inventory processes, reporting, and operational efficiency

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a genuine understanding of restaurant operations.

You have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory analysis, procurement, restaurant operations, or supply chain
  • Experience supporting inventory management in a multi-unit hospitality environment (preferred)
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage inventory controls
  • Experience analyzing financial and inventory data to support operational decisions
  • 5+ years working with inventory, beverage, and culinary operations
  • Experience in a multi-concept restaurant or hospitality organization is a plus
  • A proven track record of improving inventory performance and operational results
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience

What We Bring

At Atlas, we are intentional about how we show up for our leaders because the experience you create for our teams starts with the experience we create for you. We invest in our people in a way that is thoughtful, competitive, and built for growth.

Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000, aligned with your experience, leadership scope, and the impact you bring to the business.

Your Experience at Atlas Includes

  • Health coverage that supports you—medical, dental, and vision
  • A 401(k) to invest in your future
  • 100% company-paid Life and AD&D Insurance for added peace of mind
  • Paid parental leave to support life’s biggest moments
  • Ongoing learning and leadership development to keep you growing
  • Real opportunities to move, grow, and build your career across our brands and markets
  • Pet Insurance options because they’re part of your family too
  • A 40% dining discount across all Atlas Restaurant Group properties, so you can experience what we create

This is more than a role. It’s an opportunity to lead, grow, and shape the culture that defines Atlas.
