We are hiring for the Back of House / Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Woodburn

The BOH / Kitchen Director partners with the Operator to manage all back of the house operations aligning with the restaurants Vision and Mission. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about consistently and efficiently delivering high quality food for our guests while developing the Back-of-House (BOH) Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Leadership Team, you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to deliver high quality food for our guests
  • Responsible for weekly scheduling of 25+ BOH team members
  • Responsible for supervising ordering and maintaining inventory
  • Assist in the hiring and development process of BOH team members and leaders
  • Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning are completed as scheduled
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety and quality
  • Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
  • Lead monthly BOH leadership meetings

Schedule Expectations

  • Expected to work full-time and maintain an open availability to meet the needs of the business
  • Expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in restaurant operations (hours subject to change based on business need)

Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years of food service related Executive Leadership experience required
  • Chick-fil-A experience highly desireable
  • Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close)
  • Ability to effectively communicate all Kitchen related goals and success factors
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about food safety
  • Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
  • High level of professional and personal accountability and ownership
  • Ability and eagerness to mentor younger team members and to have a positive impact on their professional development
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Detailed, organized and process-oriented

Pay: From $52,000 to $82,000 annually with benefits
