About STX Corporation
STX Corporation is a family-owned and managed railroad construction, maintenance, inspection, and emergency response company headquartered in the Atlanta area. For nearly 40 years, we have built our reputation on providing safe, professional, and responsive service to industrial customers, short line railroads, and Class I railroads throughout the Southeast.
Unlike companies that operate on predictable schedules, STX is a reactive service organization. Our customers depend on us to respond when problems arise, often with little notice. As a result, workloads can vary, priorities can shift quickly, and there are times when long hours, overtime, and occasional weekend work are necessary to meet customer needs and keep railroad operations moving safely.
We're looking for team members who understand that reliability matters, who take pride in their work, and who are willing to step up when the situation demands it. In return, STX offers stable employment, opportunities for advancement, hands-on learning, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are recognized and valued.
At STX, you're not just another employee number-you become part of a company that values hard work, accountability, family, and doing things the right way.
Our Core 7-H's
  • Healthy - Be fit for the task.
