RCI Adventure Products designs and builds exciting adventure attractions for businesses around the world. We are a team driven by innovation, collaboration, and creating high-quality products that bring fun to life.
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team and help design steel-framed adventure course structures from concept through fabrication and installation.
Responsibilities
  • Design and engineer steel-framed adventure course structures
  • Perform structural analysis and load calculations
  • Create shop, weldment, and fabrication drawings
  • Develop 3D models using Autodesk Inventor
  • Design structural connections, foundations, and cable systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry codes
  • Collaborate with production and installation teams
  • Maintain engineering documentation and revision control
  • Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of engineering design experience, preferably in structural steel fabrication
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
  • Strong understanding of structural analysis and fabrication processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred
  • Experience with adventure course or similar structural design
  • Knowledge of ASTM standards and safety requirements
  • PE license preferred
