Holiday Oil is seeking a skilled and service-driven Help Desk Team Lead to oversee daily IT support operations and ensure our users receive fast, friendly, and effective technical assistance. This in-office leadership role supports our c-store locations and internal teams while driving improvements in process, technology, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support help desk technicians.
  • Manage ticket flow, prioritize issues, and maintain SLAs.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting for laptops, printers, networks, and peripherals.
  • Oversee user onboarding/offboarding and access setup.
  • Track and report help desk metrics and identify process improvements.
  • Recommend technology upgrades that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage equipment purchasing and deployment.
  • Collaborate on escalated issues and assist with IT projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, AD, Intune, DNS, DHCP, and print servers.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Utah driver's license and ability to travel to store locations.
