The Role: Intune Automation Engineer - AI & Modern Workplace

  Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  •  Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and conditional access policies.
  • Manage application packaging, deployment, updates, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning solutions.
  • Support Zero Trust security initiatives and endpoint compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell automation frameworks.
  • Automate Intune administrative tasks using Microsoft Graph API.
  • Build workflows using Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Functions.
  • Create automated reporting, monitoring, and remediation solutions.
  • Develop proactive device health monitoring and self-healing mechanisms.
  • Integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions into endpoint management operations.
  • Develop AI-assisted automation for incident response, troubleshooting, and endpoint remediation.
  • Leverage AI services to create intelligent reporting and operational insights.
  • Utilize AI to predict compliance risks, deployment failures, and performance issues.

Skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API development and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure Services, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI integration projects.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI-driven automation.
  • Experience with Python, REST APIs, and cloud automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ endpoints).

Demonstrated expertise and a minimum of five years' experience in:

 

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MCM,Intune), Entra ID, Windows Autopilot.
  • PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation/Logic Apps/Power Automate/REST APIs.
