This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Tool Management
  • Own, maintain, and optimize the company's core internal platforms including the Applicant Tracking System, ERP, and intranet/knowledge base.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact and subject matter expert for each platform, including managing user access, configurations, and vendor relationships.
  • Identify integration opportunities and workflow improvements across tools to reduce manual work and improve data flow.
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools as the company's operational needs evolve.
Tools we use:
  • Greenhouse
  • Notion
  • Smartsuite
  • Unanet
  • Hubspot (or other CRM tools)
  • Google Workspace
  • Gitlab
Data Accuracy & Governance
  • Establish and maintain data verification and quality control processes across internal systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of records, project data, contract information, and recruiting pipelines to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and enforce data entry standards and SOPs to minimize errors at the source.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Program Management to resolve data discrepancies quickly.
Notion Knowledge Base & Intranet
  • Build and maintain a structured, navigable collaboration workspace that serves as the company's single source of truth.
  • Design and manage templates for recurring company processes including onboarding, project kickoffs, SOPs, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure company information in the Intranet is current, accurate, and consistently organized.
  • Train and support staff on effective usage.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards that surface key metrics across recruiting, staffing, project performance, and financials.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership
  • Translate raw operational data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support the CEO and department heads with data-driven analysis for strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a business operations, systems administration, or data analyst role.
  • Hands-on experience with Unanet or a comparable government contracting ERP system.
  • Proficiency with template building, database design, and workspace organization.
  • Experience with work management platforms (Airtable, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis skills with demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reports.
  • High attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data accuracy across complex systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document processes clearly.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a federal government contracting environment (SDVOSB, WOSB, or similar).
  • Familiarity with DCAA compliance requirements and how they affect timekeeping and ERP configuration.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Background in revenue operations (RevOps) or business systems analysis.
  • Experience supporting or scaling a high-growth company (startup to growth stage).
  • Public Trust clearance or prior ability to obtain.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you will have conducted a full audit of our core platforms, identified the top data quality issues, and delivered a prioritization plan to address them. Our Notion workspace will be organized and actively used by the team. Within six months, leadership will have reliable dashboards they check regularly, and you will be seen company-wide as the go-to person for anything related to our internal systems and data.
